She's cleared up now and she has still been eating the Eggos and Goldfish, so it's down to the Zatarains or Spaghettios.

my guess would have been the Eggo's, b/c early on I switched to Aunt Jemima waffles and pancakes. (I can't remember why I got turned OFF of Eggo's, it was something I read, but I got turned onto Aunt Jemima b/c there frozen pancakes and waffles are made in a facility that does not produce any nut products.

Sometimes you can never
Sometimes you can never figure out what caused the reaction. Sometimes it's a new food allergy. Sometimes a rash is not a food allergy at all but a reaction to chemicals, additives, acids in the food etc.
I'm glad to hear your daughter is okay now. If you are truly concerned for the future--I would call the manufacturers of the foods you suspect and find out what their manufacturing and cleaning practices are.
