Allergy testing can be quite confusing as there are false pos false neg among other issues.
Some people eat peanuts fine but have a pos result for various reasons. Sometimes they are allergic to other legumes and not peanuts but peanut shows up pos anyway.
If you are asking if "eating" certain foods could lead to food allergies--then the answer is "I don't know". Noone currently knows the cause of food allergies, peanut of otherwise. There are theories, but noone knows for sure.
