- The participant who accumulates the most points between October 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011 will win a $50 gift certificate to the PeanutAllergy.com store.
- The participant who accumulates the second-most points between October 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011 will win a $35 gift certificate to the PeanutAllergy.com store.
- The participant who accumulates the third-most points between October 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011 will win a $25 gift certificate to the PeanutAllergy.com store.
- Contest ends at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) October 31, 2011.
- The winning contestant will be notified by email at the email address submitted at time of registration at PeanutAllergy.com.
- Winner must provide a valid mailing address within 30 days of notification to receive the prize. PeanutAllergy.com may elect not to award the prize if no address is received within this 30-day period.
