Candy Does Not Have to Be Off Limits
One of the major bummers about peanut allergy and nut allergies is that so much candy is off limits. Obviously peanut M and Ms are out, but plain should be fine, right? Not necessarily. If you need peanut-free candy, this is one area you will need to be super diligent in reading food labels. You can look online for safe candy, but read labels carefully – sometimes they change.
