He doesn't have time to read the Constitution. He's too busy driving himself crazy reading this website.

I think he's on to us. Maybe he has figured out that "504" is a code word. We are amending the U.S. Constitution, buddy, watch out! Everyone will be forced to wash their hands after eating PB. Soybutter will be subsidized by the govt. Epi pen waistpacks will be shown on Paris runways.

I do know that it says "Freedom of the speech". I do understand you Mr.Peanut have that right but it is to bad you have't learned how to use better words.
I hope you don't have any children because My children may be exposed to a kid your raising and that is scary.
If you have any children I send them my sympathy.
Also I hope you haven't got a wife because I know my DH never would say that to his.

Wow, Mr. Pnut, sorry to hear about your, erm, condition. Man, I'd be testy, too. Surely there are machines that can improve things, be sure to ask your doctor!

While you're in the waiting room (you may want to wear sunglasses in case you run into a neighbor, my goodness!) you may want to browse the Constitution of the United States of America, which opens with this statement:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. "

You can find the entire text at [url="http://www.house.gov/Constitution/Constitution.html"]http://www.house.gov/Constitution/Constitution.html[/url] but perhaps having pea-sized nuts means you can't sit for that long. Why not print it out and take it with you for later?

What???? I don't think the person has any empathy to the website. The title of the post is offending to say none the less. I can't imagine him raising a PA child if this is his view. Just wait until he has an allergy to peanuts then come back and let us know. I don't think it's funny to talk about a deadly situation in this manner. He does not realize you can die from food allergies.

Well, good for you. Shell your nuts and eat away. Eat 'til you can eat no more. Just be a responsible citizen and refrain from eating peanuts in public spaces, please. The Constitution does imply a "common good", and it is not achieved when citizens knowingly put their own self-interested desires ahead of those who are less fortunate. Get a little good ol' fashioned 18th century virtue. Have a heart.

I agree with California Mom. Stop responding and the thread will eventually go away.

I e-mailed Chris when the thread was first posted (as I'm sure other people did) and although I said that certainly the person had the right to say what they did, I found the title offensive and would like it changed. Chris did change it even though you can still tell what we're being called.

Stop re-raising this thread and giving idiot man any more glee.

I don't agree with some websites and some don't interest or involve me....However.

I don't waste my time posting to websites that have nothing to do with me when if I did, I should think about getting and/or borrowing a life. MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT MR. PEANUT!!! AND SINCE MR. PEANUT DOESN'T WEAR PANTS....I CAN THINK OF A REALLY GOOD PLACE TO PUT YOUR COPY OF THE CONSTITUTION PEANUT BOY WHEN YOU'RE DONE READING IT!!!

If I could help educate even one ignorant person such as yourself i might get a little satisfaction. My 14 year old daughter died just 11 days ago due to an allergic reaction to peanuts. Be preapred pal, I won't stop until laws are passed to have signs posted if peanuts or peanut products are used in any food establishment, to have proper labeling of all ingredients in products, and finally to ban all peanut products in schools nationwide. My daughter had a name, It was Gina. Get ready to hear it in the future laws.

Everyone here is so very sad for your family and your daughter. There aren't any words, I'm sure, that can describe losing a child.

We've been discussing Gina quite a bit (if you haven't seen any of the posts yet) and I admire SO much how you're getting your story out and trying to make a difference.

My PA son is 9 years old. I told him about your daughter's death.

I wanted to let you know that our family's thoughts and prayers are with you.

As mommyofmatt mentioned, there are several other threads running on this board discussing your daughter's death, and your post in this thread may get missed because of the title of the thread.

Most long time members simply ignored the person who posted this because we often get hit by trolls that have no interest in being educated, even by people like you that have experienced a heartache that none of us can begin to imagine.

Last week even, we were hit by yet another one and it was particularly disturbing because your child had just died.

If you check out the Main Discussion part of the board, there is a thread running entitled In Memory of Gina and it has some thoughts in it about what we, as the PA.com community would like to do to help you with your efforts.

I understand you needing to educate people, but honestly, some of them I just think are hopeless and this person is probably one of them.

Again, our family's thoughts and prayers are with you.

No words I can say, will tell you how sorry I am. No words I say will make you feel any better. Hopefully through our actions we can help you. I started another thread asking everyone to contact the restaurants in their area. What else can we do?

Many of us wrote letters to our Senators and Assemblymen trying to get the FALCPA Act passed. I am sure most of us would be willing to write in support of "Gina's Law" requiring restaurants to post signs. Please let us know what we can do.

Please accept my deepest condolences and know that your daughters tragedy touched my heart and will not be forgotten. I applaud you in your efforts to make sure it does not happen again.
