Friday, July 7th Game will feature peanut-free menu options
With the opportunity to impact at least one family, the Fort Wayne Wizards announced today that the 7:00 p.m. game against the Kane County Cougars on Friday, July 7, will include a peanut-free menu for the first time in franchise history.
The peanut-free menu will allow peanut allergic children and other baseball fans, the chance to attend a game without having to worry about eating anything with peanuts in the ingredients. WOW! I sent an email to the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (single A) ball club.
I forwarded him on to FAAN (and Anne) as he seemed REAL interested in this, kwim?
I told him my family is going down in July, and it'd be nice to feel comfy with that.
He knows the Michigan team (his old stomping grounds) and its a 4th annual...
How WAY cool. I hope they do something. He'll be in touch with me
