When will we see the new labeling?

I received a call from a news producer who would like to interview me. According to her, these labels are starting to appear on the shelves. Has anyone seen anything new lately that would agree with this? I checked to links related to this but didn't see any time frame as to when this might be happening. I wouldn't want her to do a story on the existing labels as though they were the upcoming ones. Thanks!
