Greetings! My name is Julie, I live in Huntsville, AL. I was diagnosed age 1 1/2 (I am almost 40) with PA, blood allergen count 21,000. Diagnosed with esophageal stricture at age 14, they thought it was a birth defect back then. Skipped treatment for almost 18 years (my bad) and diagnosed May 2011 with eosiniphillic esophagitis, caused by my food allergies. Married, no kids, work in litigation and run my own company on the side, working as a hot glass and metal artist.
I was a member of this board in the late 90's, but just rejoined.

Anyway though this one I'll be sharing has nothing to do with PA still for me it is worth reading. According to the article, in a combined attempt with the Michele Obama, the USDA has been striving to improve the health of school lunches. The Senate on Tuesday, however, obstructed the USDA's ability to make several of these limitations. Source for this article: Potatoes will stay in schools, for now
