What's with all the ??????? posts?

OK, I haven't logged on (or been able to for some reason) for quite a long time. I finally am able to get back in to my account today and am checking the forums and she a TON of posts from the same person that are just a bunch of ?????????????????????????? that *might* be some sort of links? Am I the only one seeing this or is someone spamming the heck out of the boards? Just wondering.
P.S. It's good to be back :)
