Peanut-Free/Nut-Free Directory
Our directory is intended as a resource for people with peanut and nut allergies. It contains foods, helpful products, and much more.
I recently created an account but I forgot my password. I spent more than a week trying to request a new password but never received the email'with more information'on resetting the password. I have since created a new account but was wondering why I was not able to reset my password?

Hi Dianne. It could be that the password reset email was sent to your spam folder. Email me at info@peanutallergy.com and I can reset it for you if you like. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Vic
Hi Vic,
I have sent you an email. Three actually. 2 have been returned as undeliverable. Please let me know if you receive any of them.
Thanks,
Dianne

Dianne,
Did you try info@ as an address? That usually works for me.
Vic, feel free to delete this post if that is not a public email address.

Ruth,
I sure did try the info@. I'll just stay with this login. But the email issues should probably be looked into.
Thanks for your help on this issue.

Just seeing now that Vic had the email address in his above post.
Sorry you had trouble Dianne, as Vic said-maybe the emails went to your spam folder?
Anyways, glad you went through the effort of getting a new login and glad you found the site and are sticking around. :)
Love your company name and idea. Feel free to submit to Best Allergy Sites if you'd like to be listed in our directory.

diannek,
I don't have an answer for you-sorry! I'm glad you created a new account though.
Perhaps one of the site owners will look into it or chime in as to why you were not able to reset your password in the event it's an issue and might pose problems for other users.
Thanks for bringing to our attention!
