Haven't received any message that I was a September winner and thus no code

I never received any notification that I was a winner either, nor did I receive the code. I sent them an email and they replied that they would be sending me the code yesterday, but they didn't. I guess I won't be able to order and receive the candy before Halloween now. That's too bad, because I thought I would have received the code within the first few days of October and be able to order some Halloween candy for my daughter. Not sure why there is a problem. They did say in their email that the person who usually handles this is on vacation.

That's what they told me. This is unfortunate for people who actually would like to be and would benefit from being consumers from their "store." Regardless of whether it goes through third party or not, they should try to respect their users and consumers more and be considerate of their time.

I now received my code and it seemed to work okay, but it doesn't cover the shipping cost. When I tried to pay by paypal for the shipping, it gave me an error and wouldn't allow me to use it. I've sent them another email about it. I wonder if everyone is having problems with the coupon codes.

Last month the problem I had with it was they set it to expire the day I received it. So far I haven't completed the order but from what I can tell, it will knock off the majority of the cost. However, you must spend a minimum of the value of your code not counting taxes/shipping. That's the best tip I can give you for it. In other words, last month, I ordered just over 25 dollars of candy but the end result was about ten dollars that I spent to cover part of the one item and the shipping.
