The jurisdiction and laws of the State of Maine shall govern the PeanutAllery Terms of Use.
The failure of PeanutAllergy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of law to be invalid, the other terms and provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
You agree that your PeanutAllergy user account is non-transferable and any rights to your account or content terminate upon your death.
Any claims or cause for action must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause for action arose or forever barred.
PeanutAllergy is set up as a for-profit business and should not be confused with the non-profit Peanut Allergy Foundation which we also founded.
