I emailed the manufacturer of Tootsie Roll and got this response:

We are pleased to be able to inform you that, at this time, to the very best
of our knowledge, all of our confections are peanut and nut product free.
Our Tootsie Roll Watermelon Frooties, watermelon Tootsie Pops and watermelon
Blow Pops are the only products that contain watermelon flavoring.
