Interesting dialogue (pardon the paraphrasing):
Mary: I can't eat sushi. I'm allergic. It makes me vomit.
Dick: Now, who ever put that idea into your head?
Mary: The paramedics.
Minus points for flippancy and for the misassumption that all a food allergy does is make one "vomit".
Major plus points, in my opinion, for making it a serious matter and bringing "paramedics" into it.
My two cents.

Love 3rd Rock. Love the dialogue - it's always flippant and snappy. What a GREAT comeback, Mary! Darn, I missed this episode - thanks for bringing it to my attention. ROFL!
