I haven't even read past THIS:

I did a double take when I read that part, too. But then I thought, maybe they are referring to giving M&Ms to non-allergic kids, making sure they don't have peanuts as an actual ingredient. I hope that is what was meant, but from a short quote, you never know exactly what the speaker was trying to say.
