I found this interesting article which does not mention pb at all and even goes so far as to provide links for more information on peanut free lunches.

Oh my, Cindy - this is GREAT!!!!! At this point Leah's class is not being asked to be peanut free. However, I have serious concerns about how lunch time is being handled, which is why I am there every day now. I am hoping that we may be able to move in the peanut free direction, especially if I get some cooperation from the other pa child's parents. I would love to print this article out for Leah's teacher, principal, and all the parents. What a great resource: it explains the seriousness of peanut allergy along with all the excellent suggestions for other nutritious meal choices, and even includes what to avoid! Amazing! I don't know how you manage to find these little tidbits, but I surely thank you for it. Miriam
