So I am looking for Roasted Smoked Salmon. Has anyone ordered Salmon products from SeaBear Smokehouse or Ducktrap River Fish Farm? I think that it would be safe - I also found it at Hickory Farms, but they have so many nut products that it just would make me uneasy. If anyone has had, and liked, salmon (roasted, smoked, etc.)from some place mail order or online, please let me know. (Allergens we have - PN/TN/Egg)

My fish guy sells the best smoked seafood. I think the brand name is Stonington, but I have to check (it actually might be something that includes "Stonington"). They have salmon, bluefish, mussels, shrimp, and scallops. The scallops are out of this world! The others are all very good as well. The only thing they do, apparently, is smoke seafood. But I never called the manufacturer.

Hey Jimmy's Mom -- is this who you were talking about?:

Let me know if this is the right place -- I'm always leery of seafood, so it would be great to be able to try something someone else can vouch for.
