Starting early for Halloween.
Finally using a browser that allows me to search -- so of course the search I did gave me no answers. I read several threads that mention candy corn; none mentioned any safe brands. (Well one, but then another thread said it wasn't) :-(
So, is there any such thing?

Last year blueberry hill decided they aren't safe anymore. I know I read about it here. I wish that kellie's or vnf would start selling candy corn.

I found safe candy corn at Wal-Mart this summer. Their store brand (I want to say it's called Value-Right or something similar) does not have a peanut warning on the candy corn packages, although some of their other types of candy do. I called Wal-Mart's headquarters to ask about it, and they said it's produced in a factory that doesn't process any peanut products.

All of the bags at our walmart last year had a 'shared equipment' label so I think walmart has more than one place that makes their candy corn. I did find out last year that some target brand was safe (too bad we don't have a target. lol). I'll check the walmart ones again this years.

You would have to call, since it is now another year gone by, but what about the Blueberry Hill brand? It has eggs so is out for us, but I did call on another candy and they told me there were no nuts in the facility. becca(2 years ago, though).
