roasted soybean recipes?

hi - anyone have a good roasted soybean recipe? I can find basic ones online, just roasted w/ no seasonings. I'd like to spice things up or make honey roasted soybeans. I'm going to try to modify a honey roasted pn recipe...roast the soybeans almost all the way, then follow the recipe to add in honey/butter and reroast. We'll see if it ends up being a big mess.
Anyhoot - if any of you roast your own soybeans or have found good recipes, please do post!
