For example: Someone recently requested a temporary password from the discussion board software. The email the software sent out automatically came back as undeliverable. We tried to contact the family by phone on the two numbers they had given us back in 2005 but one number was no longer in service and the other did not have voice mail set up on it so we couldn't leave a message when they did not answer. We may try to send a letter by regular mail, but it may be that they have moved so we will not easily be able to reach them.
