Peanut Free and Nut Free
Other Food Allergies
We went to a Red Robin restaraunt tonight and it was a great experience! After asking the hostess when we entered about whether or not they could accomodate our needs, she said they could and by the time the waitress got to our table, she and the chef had already been informed of my children's allergies. We had her ask the chef about the french fries and grilled cheese sandwiches. Not only did they check all ingredients, but the chef took out a separate clean skillet to cook their sandwiches on so that they wouldn't touch the griddle where they cook the eggs. They do have desserts with nuts and a peanut butter cup sundae so if anyone is smell or touch sensitive it may not be a safe place but overall I feel they took the necessary precautions without hesitating. Everyone was very kind. (By the way, this was in eastern PA.)
