From the looks of the telephone number included, this seems to be B.C., but I'm not clear how far the station reaches, and I did see that you could listen to it on-line:-

Dear Registrant,

Join CKNW radio host, Bill Good, on Tuesday, October 25th for a program on food
allergies.

Bill will interview parents of food-allergic children, Anaphylaxis Canada
executive director, Laurie Harada, and others about the issues of managing food
allergies in the school environment.

The show will air:
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Pacific Time)
2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST)
