made in canada. My parents live in canada, and my mom will send me down boxes of the granola bars (I just went to visit as well and brought some back with me). They are made in a peanut free facility. They have a logo on canadian products (and not just quaker) with a little peanut in a crossed out circle.
I love that canada is doing that with alot of products now. They can gurantee peanut and tree nut free facilities, just not coconut with those labelling (thankfully my son ain't allergic to coconut).
I just thought I would let all of you know that canada is becoming very aware of people with allergies.
I am always on guard reading labels of foods purchased. Even when I first got to my parents place, I was reading labels right away (better safe than sorry, plus last time we were there was a year and a half ago, just before he was tested but were avoiding nuts cuz I had a feeling he was)
anyways there are alot of products safe there, and I felt so relieved to see there were many things that my son can eat, unlike how I feel here in the states in ohio.
