Does anyone have a recipe for Pumpkin pie with out eggs? Also, does anyone know a safe Pumpkin Pie Mix? I had a good one last year but they don't make it anymore - bummer.
Thank You

Here are a few egg and milk free pumpkin pie recipes. - I prefer the taste of the second one but the first one looks more traditional:

I have just used both the One Pie and Libby's pumpkin or sqash(my family was partial to the squash pie recipe on the One Pie can). I use the recipe off the cans and use ener-g egg replacer, or have also used 1/4 cup corn starch. I thought they tasted fine, but you do not get the rise to the custard like you would with eggs. Still the same flavor and a creamy texture though. You could fill the crust a tad more with the rise missing. becca
