problem understanding abbreviations!

Can somebody PLEASE tell me what the acronyms on this site are?

I understand that PA= peanut allergy, and TNA=tree nut allergy but i am confused with DD and DS and other sorts of short hand.

This would be greatly appreciated!!!!
