Hello all,
The latest AllergyMoms Free Newsletter is out. I've gotten so many requests for information on probiotics so here is a very interesting article from an expert.

We're also sharing terrific holiday recipes all free of at least 7 of the top 8 allergens.

Last but not least, Kyle Dine is giving away his Kids CD "You must be nuts!" It is adorable.

Here's the link!

Take care,
Gina

Thanks for the links! My DH takes antibiotics almost daily for a skin condition and he also take probiotics to counter some of the effects, so good and useful info to know. Thanks!

The book is very good too--especially for those who are NOT dealing with a milk/dairy allergy as a lot of probiotics are cultured on diary.

Take care,
Gina
