Peanut Free and Nut Free
Other Food Allergies
Almost had a heart attack yesterday when I picked up my 3 year old son from day care. The day care is peanut free but a parent had baked cookies with plain m&m's in them thinking they were okay for my son. The teacher had given it to him and it was sitting in front of him when I walked in. (Thank you Lord for perfect timing). I am right in thinking that plain m&m's have ground peanuts in them aren't I? I believe I saw that on this board. Is there a warning on the package label for the plain m&m's or is pb listed in the ingredients? The mom said she looked at the labels before baking the cookies. She was really trying to be considerate of my son.
