I am not sure if this is already a topic I did look some but there are so many..Anyway, my problem is that I have a severe PA almost 2 year old who is always into mischief and loves the outdoors..We go out everyday if there is no snow!Several times I have found peanut shells in my yard..I have let my immediate neighbor know of my sons allergy but we have a huge neighborhood...What can i do....I watch him like a hawk ,but, there is always that chance you know....

Hi Harolds Mom -

If you do a search on "squirrels" unfortunately you will find that this is a not uncommon problem. Short of combing through your yard daily and asking the neighborhood not to feed peanuts to the squirrels, there's not much you can do (besides watch your child carefully, which you are already doing).

I see by the number of posts that you're still new here, so please don't let this overwhelm you. Dealing with PA is always just one thing after the other, but your child is already much better off than most PA kids because his mom is thinking of dangers most PA parents never worry about.

Hope this helps!
