peanut-free bakery in NJ or Staten Island, NJ

I would double check of course, but I was very comfortable with Conca D'Oro in Union, NJ. It's an italian bakery (pastries and stuff) and they do not use peanuts at all. However, they do use a lot of other nuts (pine nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc.) so if you're allergic to tree nuts you're out of luck. I have also heard that Chatham Bakery doesn't use peanuts either...

Unfortuneately I think it is very rare to find a nut free bakery! Good luck and if you find a safe one please let us know as we are in NJ too!
