My neighbor(and friend), a mother of an allergy child has created a wonderful cook book!!! It addresses the top 8 allergens and uses *everyday* ingredients, so no driving all over town to specialty shops for ingredients! Here is the link, check it out! She gave me one of the first copies and I've made many of her recipies. Thanks so much, hope you enjoy!!! Chanda
