Good afternoon everyone! I have been reading and learning from your site for several months now. I have finally stopped being shy and started posting and I think I'm ready to jump right in! I was diagnosed PA about two and a half years ago. It was as if it developed over night. Needless to say, my life drastically changed. I find this site to be not only informative but very supportive. I have finally realized that I am not the only one who often feels crazy and perpetually on the verge of a panic attack. I am happy to be here to say the least!!
