I saw this line of mixes at the grocery store yesterday. The mixes are free of gluten, wheat, potato, soy, corn, dairy & casein. They are made in a facility that is free of wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy, potato and nuts.
I bought and made the muffin mix. It was a little bland, but if you added some blueberries, or whatever, it would be quite tasty!

The chocolate cake mix is Yummy! My little one is PA/EA so instead of 3 eggs I used 3/4 cup applesauce. It was good. Also Cherrybrook Kitchen has a yummy mix and frosting.(Also peanut free)

The spice cake mix makes a divine carrot cake.
I've heard the chocolate cake mix is good, but I can make a darn good soy-free, gluten-free chocolate cake without a mix, so I haven't bought it.

I make a lot of my own baked goods too, since we don't really need to avoid most of the things that are not in that mix (wheat, corn, potato). But I saw these, and wanted to give them a try. I don't have much luck making my own cakes - something always seems to go wrong. So I use a mix for birthdays.
I've used Cherrybrook Kitchen and they are pretty good. I didn't much like the yellow cake, but the chocolate was pretty good. Not real fond of the little chocolate chips they put in there tho. My husband didn't care for the frosting, but I think it's because we can't use real butter (DA).
I love carrot cake, and I make a pretty good one, but I don't bother now because I can't come up with a good dairy-free substitute for the cream cheese frosting.
