Mountain Berry Windex and Lipton

Hi all!! I just wanted to let you know that I had called Lipton regarding their noodles and sauce to find out if their listing of natural flavors and spices included any type of peanut or nut products (oils, etc.). They woman I spoke with was extremely helpful. I told her that my dd had a Class 6 peanut allergy and it was very important for me to know. She understood completely and informed me that her niece has a severe peanut allergy as well. She put me on hold for a little while and then informed me that Lipton is very Allergy Aware. No peanut or nut byproducts were in them. She also said that if there was any chance of any food allergen contamination, they would never lump it under natural flavors or spices. It would be individually listed.

I had read somewhere that there was a concern regarding peanut or nut oils in Windex so I also called S.C. Johnson regarding their Mountain Berry Windex. Their Customer Service rep. was very helpful also. After explaining that my daughter reacts from contact, she said that there was nothing in the ingredients listed on her computer. But, she would put the request in for the safety sheet with all ingredients and call me back with the results in a few days. Well, it took two weeks. She assured me that she was reading straight from the sheet and it contains no nut or peanut oils (or nut or peanut anything) in it.

I now feel safe with a few more products!
