We have PA,MA,EA and celiac in our house. So we have grown to love Enjoy Life chocolate chips. I want to make homemade chocolates for Easter/DS' 2nd Birthday and this is about the only chocolate that is safe for us (if you have any suggestions for other brands, I'd love to know).
I have looked at Guittard, but the machines do process the milk chocolate, so not a good option for us.
So if anyone has melted Enjoy Life chocolate chips into molds, I'd love to know if it was a success or not!

Ohh that is fantastic news! Thank you I found some cute molds and can't wait to jump in to this. My Mom always did this for us and I can't wait to continue the tradition!

We frequently melt enjoy life chocolate chips into molds to make shapes and lollipops, and it works great.
I usually do it in the microwave, on 50% power. I stir frequently to make sure it doesn't overcook, and as soon as it is all melted I pour it into the molds.
