i know there is a thread below about wilton's, but i wanted to see if anyone knows of any melting chocolate that is safe for PA that can be purchased at the grocery store? i want to bake a cake for my daughter's upcoming birthday, and it calls for a small amount of melting chocolate (white). i know about vermont nut free, and certainly plan to order from them in the future, but right now i don't want to spend $20 for $3.50 melting chocolate to drizzle on the cake. my husband suggested using marshmallow, which i may use as an alternative if there isn't anything else to use. any suggestions appreciated. thanks!
