Peanut Free and Nut Free
Other Food Allergies
My granddaughter revealed to me that at her Dad's house, her Stepmom walks around the house eating trail mix, kids are fixing their own peanut butter sandwiches, candy containing nuts are kept in pantry for kids to eat at their pleasure. My granddaughter was recently retested and her allergy for peanuts/tree nuts is a 6 of 6 on the scale. Her allergy could not be any worse other than being fatal. She is scared to death she is going to die while there and does not want to go back. CPS was called but not sure if they can do anything. Has anyone had this happen? What should we do? My son stopped communicating with any of his family when he met this woman.
