mac and cheese? need recipe

Is there such a thing as a dairy free mac and cheese??

Elise 5- (eczema, NKA)
Mary 3- (egg, peanut, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, organge, avoiding: tree nuts, shellfish, most dairy, eczema)
Franklin 21 mos- (eczema, NKA)
Cecelia 4 mos-(NKA)

Road's End Organics makes something called chreese. They have mac & chreese, penne & chreese, nacho chreese, etc. It's nutritional yeast based.

You can also get the Uncheese Cookbook and find recipes for mock mac & cheese.

My mom uses Vegan Gourmet soy cheese (dairy free) which melts. You can melt the cheese and add a little soymilk to make a cheese sauce to put on your pasta.
