Peanut free Candy?
I am the mother of a 3 year old baby girl with a peanut allergy. We found out the hard way on Christmas Eve and had to spend the night in the hospital. Since this is all so new to me I was wondering if you guys can help! We have our first invite to a party since we found out and the party is candy themed. The mom has been so kind as to make the party peanut free so we can attend and I was wondering if anyone had a list of peanut free candy. I have a list of foods, but candy isn't on it. Even though we do not eat candy, I am worried because even if Ryleigh kisses someone who ate something with peanuts in it she will need her epi pen so I want to prevent it. Please let me know if you have a list of candy :)

most candy made by the spangler company are peanut and tree nut free. Also tootsie products are peanut free. They have a big peanut with a red slash through it on their products..
Good luck...My son was diagnosed right b4 his second birthday and it was very overwhelming. He will be 8 and we find lots of safe snacks now. There is a company (for you) not for your friend that has safe alternatives for all the common candy..Peanutfreeplanet.com. I always have great luck with them...
