Hi all,
We have had a great halloween, including a peanut free halloween party (given by another parent of non PA children) and a good time trick or treating. I was just checking on the kids before bed and I noticed my PA son has a little white bump on his lip and his lip appears a little tiny bit swollen (he has full lips so its hard to tell). I gave him Benadryl before bed as a just in case, but no other symptoms noted. He did not eat anything unsafe that I am aware of and we exchanged his trick or treat bag with a safe bag of candy. He only ate some skittles and starburst for candy tonight so I don't think its a food thing... but I am a little nervous to go to bed. If anyone is still up.. does this sound like a reaction? Thanks,
Andrea

Hi Andrea..How is your son feeling this morning? Doesn't sound like a p.a. reaction.

Thanks for asking. He is fine. I ended up dosing him with Benadryl about 1 am then slept with him just so I could hear him in case he started having trouble. (Our bedrooms are on different floors). He is still asleep but doing fine. I hate getting worried over nothing, this PA really sucks. I appreicate your concern. Its nice to have a place to go where others understand.

I'm glad he is okay.

Take care,
