Maybe give a few more details - like for how long and how old she is, etc. Big difference among hosting someone for a week vs. a summer vs. a year ;-)

We hosted a delightful PA girl from France last year through PIE and it was a great experience for our family. While we can't do it again this year, it is a great, empowering example to our kids that PA doesn't have to limit your dreams. I sincerely hope that a family here will host this student - c'mon, folks, make some PA kid's dream come true!

We have hosted two teenage boys through a local exchange program. My cousin from German recently visited and the local high school had no issue with her son following my son class to class. Although the German Teacher did make him read to german class!

We are in CT.
