I recently posted about a question I had about RAST testing. I used a resource through the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) website called, "Ask the Allergist". You can see my question and answer at the end of this thread http://uumor.pair.com/nutalle2/peanutallergy/Forum1/HTML/007993.html . While it took about a month to receive a response, I thought this was a very good service and would recommend it.
