I'm in the process of writing a letter to the school principal and want to provide her with a quick list of VERY IMPORTANT points regarding peanut allergies. (There was an incident at school today where the music teacher handed out peanut-laden chocolate bars as props, then used the excuse that Andy wasn't scheduled to be in the school today, and the only other child with PA has a "mild" allergy.)

My points (in the middle of the long letter) thus far are:

I should add that I'm asking her to read the list at the staff meeting next week as a "refresher" course for her staff members!! I was going to volunteer to come read it myself, but Andy has a commitment elsewhere at that time.

-trace amounts have resulted in severe reactions and death.
