School lunch help - please

I could really use some help: My daughter's school will be offering Uncrustables as the only lunch option on Fridays starting next week. She is airborne, contact and ingestion-reactive to peanuts. To say this scares me would be an understatement. We haven't asked parents to stop sending peanut-related products in, but to think all lunch-buyers every Friday will be eating pb&j is risky in my opinion. I've requested a meeting but would like to offer alternatives or suggestions to work around this situation.
Can anyone offer any suggestions. I'm willing to look at it from both sides if the end result helps our daughter. Help!
