Thank you for this link. I have a 20-month old with nut allergies and this will help when we go out to dinner. We do not know how severe since his first reaction was on the mild side and we've been very careful ever since. But knowing I can hand this to our waiter will put me at ease.

You might also want to check out the chef cards at www.peanutfreezone.com - they're attention getting and very handy to keep in your wallet. They also have a space on the back where you can write in one or multiple allergies.
