Safe Valentine's candy-- I know I know-- too early! We just finished Christmas! But...

Gimbal's has heart-shaped pink, red and white jelly beans out for Valentines! I saw them at Food Source (part of Raley's, Bel Air). Wal-Mart also carries Gimball's. Gimbal's is a peanut-free and tree nut-free company, and their packaging is labeled accordingly. Gotta love it!

I started thinking about it as early as you did. I just noticed at our Walmart, Hershey's has two new products (that I know of) that the kids can have:

marshmellow heart
red heart box candy of hugs and kisses

I was so excited for my one son--how exciting to have something finally. The other one is allergic to milk, soy, egg, cinnamon blah blah. So, I still have to find something else for him. But a few new products is better than nothing!

We're in Central New York....sometimes behind on things.

Just wanted to share that too....

Yay! It is exciting to find something safe for the holidays, especially something new, isn't it? I just happened to pick up a couple of those marshmallow hearts too. I am making soynut butter cups (like Reeses) this weekend. Wish me luck! I have never done this. I bought heart-shaped boxes to put them in. I can't wait to see their faces. However...they will probably see me making them. Should have done it when they were in school...Have a good one!
