I was curious if any of you use the little packs with cheese, crackers, and the red plastic cheese spreader. I am looking for new things to put in lunches. I trust Kraft, but have never used this item before. Thanks!

I have used that product without problems, but I have not called them to check.

Same here; I've eaten them for as long as I can remember without any reaction (In fact, I ate 2 packs today!)

There was a time when Kraft made a peanut butter variety that I stayed away but that was a couple years ago I think.

I've never called because frankly Kraft is never able to give a straight answer about anything in my experience.

My sister, who is 23 yrs. old, is also allergic to peanuts/tree nuts and she has ate them most of her life without incident.

Ultimately the choice is yours but me experiences have been ok.

I actually got a very clear answer from Kraft/Nabisco today about their products n general. She said they do list "may contains" if their products are made on shared lines - and that was for any Nabisco/Kraft product. I called specifically about Teddy Grahams and Graham Crackers but she said they also make
crackers
Oscar Meyer
Jet Puff Marshmallow
Jello
Cool Whip
Cheez-its
Salad Dressing
Good Seasons etc. etc I didn't write them all down.
I was very pleased with their response. I'm sorta confused b/c the feeling on here tends to be negative toward them, but I felt good about their response. People might have had bad experiences.

Cervonil,

I'm not sure why the negative attitude towards Kraft on this forum either. I used to eat a variety Kraft products without incident. There were a couple of occasions when one of the holiday Oreo varieties irritated my mouth slightly but nothing I would consider an allergy since it went away within a minute.

I kinda feel like if they label a product with an allergen warning statement there's probably a good reason for it and vice versa.

But then again, who really knows except for the people that work right in the factory!
