I am a mother of a son with a peanut allergy. I have been reading over the years about food allergy treatments. I heard of a doctor in Dallas- Dr. Wasserman who was doing oral immunotherapy. Since we live in Michigan going to Dallas was not going to work.

Dr. Wasserman's office gave us a name of Dr. Mayer who is in West Bloomfield Michigan. There are a number of allergists in the country doing this therapy.

All the studies I have found show that this therapy works. It is a teatment..but maybe not a cure.

Just thought this treatment might intrest some people.
