Affy Tapple LLC is recalling “Limited Edition Classic Candy Flavors, two-
pack, Caramel Apples” due to undeclared peanut.
The product was distributed to stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky,
Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
The two-pack bears a ‘best by” date on or before 10/15/2009 and UPC 34986-
13000.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full
refund. Consumers with questions may call (847) 929-6534.
