Peanut-Free/Nut-Free Directory
Our directory is intended as a resource for people with peanut and nut allergies. It contains foods, helpful products, and much more.
Cake:
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups water
2/3 cup oil
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13" pan. Combine dry ingredients, set aside. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes our until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost.
Cinnamon Frosting:
3 cups confectioners sugar
6 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tablespoons water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Combine sugar & margarine, mix at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla & water. Stir in cinnamon.

My mother found a gluten, egg, nut, dairy free spice cake mix. The homemade stuff I'm sure is better but this was one was great too. I should get the bag from downstairs and share the name!
