in Charlotte. I stopped by and asked them about there soft serve and they were INCREDIBLE. First off, they said, "Who is allergic to nuts?" I told them it was my son and they told me all about the soft serve and mentioned that only vanilla, choc and twist were ever in the equipment. Also, they told me which topping or mix-ins he could safely have and said that they would always get his from the back out of a brand new package. My son had sprinkles and ice cream for the first time ever out of the house!! Than I discussed w/ them the ice cream cakes. The owner said that I should call her directly and that she would clean all the equipment personally and make the ice cream cake in the back of the restaurant before anyone even came in for the day and store it in a seperate freezer until we picked it up. They were wonderful!! I highly recommend the location to anyone in the Charlotte area. It is located in Rea Village off from RT 16 in South Charlotte.

Wow, what wonderful customer service! That is great!
Isn't it wonderful when people react that way?
Just please be careful - Carvel "crunchies" in my area (NY metro) are not safe. I don't know if different franchises use different products.
In any case, I'm glad you had such a good experience.
